The annual meeting of the Eller Trails Community Association will be held this Thursday, November 2 at 6:30 pm in the Fishers Library, 5 Municipal Drive, Fishers.

Candidate nominations for the Board of Directors will be accepted from the floor at the meeting.

The agenda will be as follows:

1. Establish a Quorum
2. Call to Order-President Darlene Gosnell
3. Introduction of Board of Directors and Management Company
4. Approval of Annual Meeting Minutes from November 3, 2016
5. Highlights of past year
6. Approve 2018 budget
7. Nominations and Elections
8. Questions and Answers
9. Adjournment

May 20 date set for Eller Trails Garage Sale

Saturday, May 20, 2017 has been set for the Eller Trails neighborhood garage sale.  We have been informed that Eller Run plans its sale for the same day so there should be some good traffic in the area.

Planning Spring Garage Sale

Hello neighbors.  Time to dust off the website and get connected again. Spring has sprung in Eller Trails and several of you have expressed an interest in holding a neighborhood garage sale.  I have placed an info box by the front entrance with a note about some suggested dates and my contact information.  Please pick up a flyer and get in touch if you are interested in participating.

Eller Trails Garage Sale May 20 & 21

Got junk? The time has come for spring cleaning in preparation for our neighborhood Garage Sale.  The dates are Friday, May 20 and Saturday, May 21.  There will be lots of traffic heading to Eller Road, thanks to advertising planned to promote our sale as well as the neighborhood sales in Eller Run and The Parks at White River. Hope to see you!

 

Mayor’s Night Out Returns for Chance to Connect in Fishers

Fishers, IN – On Tuesday, December 1, residents are encouraged to stop by Lantern Road Elementary for another Mayor’s Night Out event. Mayor’s Night Out offers residents an opportunity to connect with city officials and share ideas that spark engagement, innovation and collaboration in our community.

During the event, which begins at 6:30 p.m., Mayor Fadness will give a brief presentation alongside an introduction of the city department heads. Mayor’s Night Out is unique in that the agenda will be set by the residents in attendance.

Mayor’s Night Out is one way that Mayor Fadness and local city officials are working to connect with residents. Residents can learn more about the future of Fishers, Indiana, current projects underway and communication channels that will help them stay informed moving forward. Signs will direct attendees to the cafeteria for the event.

Reminder of Eller Trails HOA Annual Meeting

This is a reminder that the Eller Trails Home Owners Association will hold our annual meeting this Thursday, November 12 at 7:00 pm. The 2016 budget, a proxy ballot and a form for nominating someone to serve on our Board of Directors was mailed to you several weeks ago from Sentry Management Services.  If you haven’t opened this envelope yet, now is the time!!

The meeting will be held at the Ambassador House in Heritage Park, just a short walk (or drive) from our neighborhood.

We hope to see you there!
